On top of the bridge is a Shinkansen train that has been stuck there since the earthquake.
This is a river that leads to the sea (near Sendai). The water level rose to the top of the "hill." There is a lot of debris on both sides.
This is another picture of why Japanese people are awesome with their garbage. Here, families have lost a ton of stuff, and they stack their garbage so neatly. I mean, I am unbelievably impressed.
Notice there is a thick layer of mud in the parking lot of this store. This mud was everywhere. Fortunately, the roads were cleaned up.
This is a Harley dealership. The water was 1 meter high. You can see the salt on the windows.
This dealer's bikes were ruined. Notice the seawater in the headlight. :(
