The Japanese "ice-cream truck"

As I wrote earlier, there are sweet potato salesmen in Japan. Here is a picture of one of those trucks. A little bit scary, yes, but friendly nonetheless. Note the megaphone on top of the truck -- that is blaring the melancholy chant.
