I always knew our neighborhood was special, but this red carpet business is really cool. Last week, the Sex and the City 2 Japanese premier was about 4 blocks from our apartment! It took place at the movie theaters at Roppongi Hills. I really had no idea what was going on until friends told me. Apparently, Sarah Jessica Parker et al did not come to Tokyo for the first movie's premier, and the Japanese took that very personally. I never ended up seeing any of these gals. Joseph was getting grumpy in the stroller.
I have heard people tell me that Jude Law, Johnny Depp and Tom Cruise have all been at Roppongi Hills recently. And they all stay at the Grand Hyatt hotel, which is very close to our house. Coolness, I tell you!
